This basic fee covers FLAIRY® consultancy management & internal resources allocation, site assessments, early supply chain engagement and mobilisation whilst ensuring our strategic readiness, the integrity of our process and mutual intent to pursue excellence without compromise.

FLAIRY® operates an all-encompassing unitary pre-set commission based management fee that consolidates every aspect of administrative and operational management oversight, and full integrated deliverables orchestration required to supply our branded services.
Our pricing model is inherently scalable, adapting to the unique contours of each commission and operational complexity ensuring transparency, precision and proportionality whist serving as directional benchmarks reflecting both industry norms, current market conditions and the upholding of our brand’s services and strategic integrity.
