FLAIRY® applies a Pre‑Instruction Holding Fee to initiate tailored planning and secure priority access to our expert resources across both Corporate and Private activations. 



This fee covers consultancy management, internal resource allocation, site assessments, early supply‑chain engagement and mobilisation ensuring strategic readiness, process integrity and a shared commitment to excellence without compromise.

FLAIRY® operates a unified, pre‑set commission‑based management fee that consolidates all administrative oversight, operational management and fully integrated deliverables orchestration required to execute our branded services. 


Our pricing model is inherently scalable, adapting to the unique contours of each commission and its operational complexity ensuring transparency, precision and proportionality, while serving as a directional benchmark aligned with industry norms, current market conditions and the integrity of our brand’s service standards.

  • You may contact us by phone, email, or through our bespoke enquiry form. A complimentary, personalised consultation with the FLAIRY® team is then scheduled via voice or video call to discuss your requirements in depth.

  • Upon your decision to proceed, the FLAIRY® team prepares a fully integrated service proposal, tailored to your preferred scope, requirements and service expectations. The detailed service proposal agreement is then issued for your review.

  • You are invited to accept or decline the formal proposal within 72 hours of submission, or as agreed at Step 1, ensuring an efficient and transparent service flow. As flexibility is integral to our approach, clients may request proposal revisions before confirming their decision.
