FLAIRY® applies a Pre-Instruction holding fee to initiate tailored planning and secure priority access to our expert resources across both Corporate & Private activations.



This basic fee covers FLAIRY® consultancy management & internal resources allocation, site assessments, early supply chain engagement and mobilisation whilst ensuring our strategic readiness, the integrity of our process and mutual intent to pursue excellence without compromise.

FLAIRY® operates an all-encompassing unitary pre-set commission based management fee that consolidates every aspect of administrative and operational management oversight, and full integrated deliverables orchestration required to supply our branded services.


Our pricing model is inherently scalable, adapting to the unique contours of each commission and operational complexity ensuring  transparency, precision and proportionality whist serving as directional benchmarks reflecting both industry norms, current market conditions and the upholding of our brand’s services and strategic integrity.

  • Prospective clients initiate contact via phone, email or our bespoke online enquiry form, designed to capture essential basic details and preferred communication method. 


  • FLAIRY® Team & Client book a complimentary, personalised introductory consultation meeting via voice or video call to explore Services requirements  in full detail.

  • Upon formal instruction to proceed, FLAIRY® Team initiates a comprehensive and integrated service proposal production tailored to the scope and complexity of client’s requirements involving all required deliverables pre-mobilisation and applicable regulatory parameters followed by a detailed Service proposal issued to client for examination.

  • Client acceptance or decline of formal proposal is expected within 72 hours of submission or as otherwise agreed at 'Step 1' maintaining our commitment to efficiency, transparency and premium service flow.


  • Client satisfaction and service adaptability remains central to our process prior to final acceptance of proposal and clients are welcome to solicit proposal reviews prior to final decision.

  • Client instruction confirmation. Project transitions into full operational deployment.
